The hotel was perfectly situated in the center of where we wanted to be, and get around was easy from the station just 3 minutes away on foot.

We had a late check-in and were unsure about how we were going to be able to get into the hotel. As we passed by the B17 Bar & Restaurant a young man & lady approached us and asked us if we were staying at The Alfa. They explained how to enter the building and said to come back to them if we had any problems. we struggled to use the code to unlock the door, but the young man went out of his way to let us into the building (think we would've been on the street all night had he not helped us out!) The Alfa is situated in an excellent location, surrounded by lively bars and restaurants, catering to all age groups & tastes. The hotel rooms are large, very clean, comfortable, and with good soundproofing windows! We all said we would certainly visit again.

Hotel is clean, has a good location, staff is good. However, wifi is pathetic: connection breaks in between and speed is also not good; above that, once you login to wifi using your mobile phone you can't use another device (laptop). Not for professionals who would like to work in the hotel. Bedding is uncomfortable, should be little hard.
